Default Pismo 2015 and beyond

As many of you may have read on Facebook Jessica and mostly likely myself will not be in Pismo this year. Her work has an event that coincides with the trip dates for this year. An event they have each year in October but we don't know until a couple of months prior which week it will be. So, we can go on planning for Pismo as usual but if it ends up being the week of their event then we will not be able to make Pismo that year, or ever if there's always a conflict with her work schedule. We can't wait to set dates because some people must have their vacation requests in by Jan 1st of the year. Ill do whatever the masses want and what works best for you all as a whole and If we can't make if we can't make it but I thought I'd start a poll to let you all decide.

Again, this is for 2015.and beyond, not this year's trip.

I would like it to stay the same, some of the best weather is in October. I have to put in for vacation at the beginning of the year since there is always something important that comes up for work, that way there are no issues with my employer.

With that said you are the president and can schedule the dates as you see fit, we really want you to be able to make it to the GTG's.

My work keeps me from Pismo also - Right now Randsburg looks like the only one I will be able to attend yearly

If Pismo was moved to Nov I could make it.

Maby towards the end of October too works for me, like towards the last week / first week of Nov.

Do what you got to do . I dont come out to this one with my rig. I just drop in if I am free. I see all sides of this, and can see the potential logistical problems it presents. I do however hope it works out for everyone. I know it can be hard to accommodate the masses.

As you all know Randsburg is my key GTG I will be discussing Yosemite with the wife and hopefully she will agree to come to that GTG. I really enjoyed myself at that gtg. It was one of the more mellow VD GTG's I have been to

I like October and how each is GTG is spread 4 months apart. Gives you time to recover and prepare for each one equally.

It's a Virtual Dodge event - not a Mutt club event so the poll belongs on this forum. You can put a link on FB and ask folks to vote.

My two cents

The poll is open till the 24th but if it stays the way it is now then the GTG will stay within the first couple weeks of October. We will just set the dates before Jan and your group Reen and Jess and I will hope for the best with our schedules.

Disclaimer, Again, this poll is for dates for next year and beyond, this year the dates for fun in the sand are already set and quickly approaching!
